The Afiya Center is thrilled to announce the launch of the Amini Collective, our new individual donor program dedicated to advancing reproductive justice and equity for Black womxn and girls. Inspired by the Swahili word "Amini," meaning "to trust" or "to believe," this program invites our supporters, philanthropists, and dedicated reproductive justice advocates to trust us to take care of us by giving to us while embodying the belief that collective action leads to transformative change.

As the only Black womxn-founded and directed Reproductive Justice organization in North Texas, The Afiya Center is dedicated to transforming the lives, health, and overall well-being of Black womxn and girls.

The Amini Collective exists to create a trusted space for changemakers and advocates to invest directly in the work of The Afiya Center. Rooted in the ethos of trusting Black womxn, we unite philanthropists around a shared vision of justice, equity, and full reproductive freedom. Together, we foster lasting impact through education, advocacy, and support for the health and well-being of Black womxn and their communities.

How you can join the Amini Collective!
